The Committee of Management which is the body governing the Fund consists of the Chief Constable (President), Federation representatives, Divisional representatives, Association of Police Superintendents representatives, and Retired Police Officers Association representatives.
This committee meets annually in April each year.
The Benevolent Fund Committee, a sub-committee of the Committee of Management meets on the 1st Friday in each month to consider applications for grants and loans.
There is however the facility to have emergency Finance Committee meetings which can be arranged at short notice to suit the circumstances prevailing.
